Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Mpoint Motion (the "Service"), provided by MPoint Analytics. By using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts and workspaces

Access is by invitation. Each team gets a workspace with set accounts, videos and AI credits. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they add.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including people's likeness, music and logos.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content involving real people without consent.
• No deceptive deepfakes or content that impersonates someone to mislead.
• No infringing other people's copyrights or trademarks.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the Service's limits or security.

AI output

AI edits and generated footage can contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Credits and payment

AI actions use credits from your workspace's allowance. Pricing and limits are agreed with MPoint Analytics for your workspace.

Suspension

We may pause or close workspaces that break these terms or put the Service at risk.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, MPoint Analytics is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
